Frequently Asked Questions

Complete answers covering free trial credits, model capabilities, billing rules, commercial licensing, generation troubleshooting, and original downloads.

01Can I try it for free? Do I need a payment card?Getting Started & Models

New accounts can receive trial Credits without linking a payment card. Check your balance in your account after claiming them. Before each generation, the workspace shows the Credit cost for your selected model and settings.

02Which models are available, and how do I choose?Getting Started & Models

The workspace includes GPT Image 2 (GPT-Image2), GPT Image 2.5 (GPT-Image2.5), Nano Banana 2.1, Grok Image (Grok Imagine) and Seedream 5.0 Flash model entries. Try the same prompt across models to compare results. Available entries, settings, reference images, editing and Credit costs vary; check the workspace before generating.

03Where can I find the available generation options?Getting Started & Models

Select a model in the workspace to see its available options and the Credit cost before generating.

04How can I edit an AI image with text prompts?Getting Started & Models

Open one of your generated images and select Continue editing. Describe the changes you want, such as different lighting, colors or background, then choose a supported model and generate a new version. Your original image is kept. Each submitted edit uses the Credits shown before generation; entering edit mode itself is free. Results depend on the model and prompt.

05Can I generate AI images from a reference image?Getting Started & Models

Yes, on supported models. Open the workspace, choose a model with reference-image support and upload your image under Reference images. Add a text prompt describing the result you want, review the available settings and Credit cost, then generate. Upload controls and limits depend on the selected model. A reference guides generation; it does not guarantee identical faces, products or composition.

06How are Credits used? Am I charged for failed generations?Credits & Billing

Usage is shown before you submit a task. Tasks that fail due to service errors do not count toward usage. Your account billing page provides the applicable rules.

07How do subscription Credits differ from top-up Credits?Credits & Billing

Credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over. Top-up Credits never expire.

08Can I use generated images commercially?Commercial & Privacy

Commercial use is subject to your selected service plan and the license shown at download. You must still hold the relevant rights for likenesses, trademarks, and third-party reference materials.

09Are my reference images and prompts used for training?Commercial & Privacy

Generation requests are sent to your selected model provider. Data handling varies by model. Please read the privacy policy and avoid uploading sensitive content.

10What should I check when generation fails?Troubleshooting & Downloads

Read the error shown in the workspace first. Check your available Credits, whether the selected model is available, and whether reference images meet that model’s requirements. If the service is busy, wait before trying again.

For a content-policy warning, revise the prompt or reference image to comply with the requirements. A task confirmed as failed does not incur a generation charge; its reserved Credits are released. If the result or balance is unclear, check Credit history before submitting another task.

If the problem persists, send support the approximate submission time, model, error message and task ID if available. Do not send your password, verification codes or full payment-card details.

11The wait timed out. Should I generate again?Troubleshooting & Downloads

A browser timeout or temporary status-query error does not by itself confirm that the server task failed. Leaving the page or stopping the wait does not cancel a task already submitted.

Check generation history for a completed result and use Continue waiting if the workspace offers it. History lists completed images; no result there alone is not proof of failure. Avoid repeated submissions while the original task’s result is uncertain, because each submission creates a separate task.

If the status remains unclear, check Credit history and contact support with the submission time and error message. Refreshing the same browser tab can restore the pending task when its saved task reference is still available.

12Why is Generate disabled or the model unavailable?Troubleshooting & Downloads

Check that you have entered a prompt and selected an available model. Wait for reference-image uploads to finish. In editing mode, use a model that supports editing and complete its required output settings.

If the message mentions insufficient Credits, an active-task limit or full storage, resolve that specific condition first. Account settings show plan and storage information. A model without an available price or service configuration cannot accept generation requests; try an available model or contact support.

13When are Credits charged, and what does reserved mean?Credits & Billing

Before submitting, check the cost on the Generate button. It depends on the model, settings and image count. Submitting a task creates a Credit reservation: those Credits are temporarily unavailable for other tasks, but the reservation is not a second balance deduction.

A completed task is charged for usable returned images, up to the requested count. Confirmed failures and empty results are not charged, and their reservations are released. Each submitted edit is a new generation task with its own displayed cost. Downloading an existing result does not use generation Credits.

Use Credit history to review actual charges and grants. Reservation releases do not represent refunds of a completed charge and may not appear in the default history list.

14How do subscription Credits and top-ups differ?Credits & Billing

Subscription Credits belong to their applicable paid period. Unused subscription Credits expire at that period’s end; top-up Credits remain in the permanent balance. Generation prioritizes unexpired subscription Credits before permanent Credits.

Check your account for the current period, end date, balances and any renewal status. Purchases may use a prepaid period or, when offered, a recurring subscription; rely on the checkout confirmation and your account rather than assuming all plans renew automatically. Canceling a recurring subscription stops future renewal, while paid access continues until the displayed period end.

15I paid, but my Credits have not arrived. What next?Credits & Billing

First confirm you are signed in to the account used for checkout. Open purchase history, check the order status and use its refresh action when available, then check your account balance and Credit history. Returning from a payment page alone is not proof of a confirmed order.

If payment succeeded but the order or Credits remain incorrect, do not pay again for the same problem. Contact support with the order number, purchase time, amount and displayed status. Refund or duplicate-payment issues require review; do not send passwords, verification codes or full card details.

16How do I download a full-size image? Is there a watermark?Troubleshooting & Downloads

Use Download PNG on the workspace result or in generation history details. The browser reads the archived original and encodes a PNG at its actual image dimensions. The compressed on-screen preview is intended for browsing; saving that preview is not the same as using the download button.

Downloading an existing image does not spend generation Credits. Free-plan downloads include an ImageGenFlow watermark; Starter and Pro downloads omit that platform watermark. Check your current plan before downloading, and inspect the saved file’s actual dimensions rather than assuming the requested size.

17The preview loads, but downloading fails. What can I do?Troubleshooting & Downloads

Confirm you are signed in to the account that generated the image and that the image still opens in generation history. If the session expired, sign in again and retry the same image’s download. Also check your connection and the browser’s download list or blocked-download notice.

A visible cached preview does not guarantee that its original is still available. If the image expired or the original cannot be read, refreshing the preview cannot recreate it. For persistent failures, contact support with the task ID if available, the time, browser and error message; generating again creates a separate task and may use Credits.

18How long are generated images kept?Troubleshooting & Downloads

For new generation records, the Free plan keeps images for 1 day, Starter for 30 days and Pro for 90 days. The retention deadline is set when the task is created; changing plans does not extend an existing image’s deadline. Older records may retain a previously assigned deadline.

Download important images before they expire. Expired records and image files are cleaned up on the server, so generation history is not a permanent backup. Check account storage and save a local copy of results you want to keep.
