When to choose a Plan?
Best when you need higher concurrency (3–5 parallel generations), 30–90 days of cloud history retention, and predictable monthly creative volume.
When to choose Credit Packs?
Best when you want permanent credits that never expire for occasional projects, or need a quick top-up without changing your current plan tier.
Full Plan Comparison
Compare plans and one-time credit packs side by side
Plans upgrade your concurrent task limit, cloud storage capacity, and history retention window; credit packs add non-expiring generation credits whenever you need extra volume.
Know the cost before you generate
Transparent per-generation cost display and automatic refunds on failed tasks keep your credits predictable.
Per-model & output billing
Credit costs depend on the model, quality and image count. Image counts here are reference estimates. Check the workspace Generate button for the actual cost before submitting.
Plan cycle & credit validity
Credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over. Top-up Credits never expire.
Order review & tier rules
Continue in the workspace to choose a purchase and review its order and billing details before payment. Credit packs do not change your plan tier.
Billing & benefit questions
Answers on credit reservations, expiration rules, and original PNG exports.
When are Credits charged, and what does reserved mean?
Before submitting, check the cost on the Generate button. It depends on the model, settings and image count. Submitting a task creates a Credit reservation: those Credits are temporarily unavailable for other tasks, but the reservation is not a second balance deduction.
A completed task is charged for usable returned images, up to the requested count. Confirmed failures and empty results are not charged, and their reservations are released. Each submitted edit is a new generation task with its own displayed cost. Downloading an existing result does not use generation Credits.
Use Credit history to review actual charges and grants. Reservation releases do not represent refunds of a completed charge and may not appear in the default history list.
How do subscription Credits and top-ups differ?
Subscription Credits belong to their applicable paid period. Unused subscription Credits expire at that period’s end; top-up Credits remain in the permanent balance. Generation prioritizes unexpired subscription Credits before permanent Credits.
Check your account for the current period, end date, balances and any renewal status. Purchases may use a prepaid period or, when offered, a recurring subscription; rely on the checkout confirmation and your account rather than assuming all plans renew automatically. Canceling a recurring subscription stops future renewal, while paid access continues until the displayed period end.
How do I download a full-size image? Is there a watermark?
Use Download PNG on the workspace result or in generation history details. The browser reads the archived original and encodes a PNG at its actual image dimensions. The compressed on-screen preview is intended for browsing; saving that preview is not the same as using the download button.
Downloading an existing image does not spend generation Credits. Free-plan downloads include an ImageGenFlow watermark; Starter and Pro downloads omit that platform watermark. Check your current plan before downloading, and inspect the saved file’s actual dimensions rather than assuming the requested size.
